How to Find Your Email Marketing Stats
Because each email marketing platform is different, there is no one way to pull your email marketing stats. We suggest reaching out to your email provider to learn the best way to find your overall open rate, click-through rate, unsubscribe rate, and bounce rate.
In general, the steps to finding your email marketing stats are:
- Open the email dashboard in your marketing platform.
- Navigate to the Analytics tab.
- Ensure the date range is set to All Time (or whatever time period you prefer to analyze).
- Select any filters necessary. (For example, you may wish to exclude RSS emails, or analyze only emails with a specific campaign tag.)
- Record the average open rate, click-through rate, unsubscribe rate, and bounce rate of all emails. (Be sure to select click-through rate, not click rate, which is a different metric.)
